At GreenGrove Organic, we aim to deliver high-quality organic products to your doorstep in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping processes, timelines, and conditions.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (festivals, sales), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All major cities and towns across India.
  • Remote locations may have extended delivery timelines.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service availability.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Metros: 3–6 business days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–8 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, product type, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders above a specific value (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email/SMS
  • A tracking link to monitor the delivery status

If tracking details do not appear after 48 hours, contact us for assistance.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable contact number
  • Customer refusal
  • Failed delivery attempts

Reshipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A missing item
  • A wrong item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as per our returns policy.


8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
This may be added in the future.


9. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • Lockdowns
  • Courier delays
  • Festive load
  • Unforeseen logistic issues

We will support you in tracking the package but cannot guarantee delivery timelines during such events.
