Refund & Return Policy – GreenGrove Organic

At GreenGrove Organic, we are committed to delivering high-quality organic products. If you face any issue with your order, this Refund & Return Policy explains when and how returns, replacements, or refunds can be requested.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
· You received a damaged or defective product.
· You received a wrong item.
· Items missing from the delivery (with evidence).
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed products.
Non-returnable items include:
· Opened or used organic/consumable products
· Products without original packaging
· Items bought during clearance sales
· Items damaged due to customer misuse
2. Return Request Window
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after 48 hours cannot be accepted due to product nature and safety standards.
3. Requirements for Return Approval
To process your request, you must provide:
· Order number
· Clear photos/videos of:
o Product received
o Outer packaging
o Invoice label
o Damage or defect (if applicable)
We may request additional details if required for verification.
4. Replacement Policy
Once your claim is approved:
· We will send a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
· If the product is out of stock, we will offer:
o A refund, or
o A store credit (as per your preference)
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in cases where:
· The product cannot be replaced
· The product is damaged/defective
· The wrong product was delivered
Once approved:
· Refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days
· Refund method will be the original payment method (or store credit if selected)
Note: Bank processing times may vary.
6. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping:
· Orders can be cancelled if they have not been shipped.
· A full refund will be issued.
After Shipping:
· Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
· Customers may refuse delivery, but shipping charges may be deducted.
7. Exchange Policy
We do not support product exchanges unless:
· You received the wrong item
· You received a damaged item
In such cases, we replace the product with the same item only.
8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If the order returns due to:
· Incorrect/incomplete address
· Unreachable customer
· Delivery refusal
Reshipping charges may apply, and refunds may be denied depending on the product type.
